Hamburg. My impression of Hamburg when i first arrived was that it was a sleazy place, from the handful of sex-toys shops i saw. Even lonely planet says so. But Hamburg is a great place! With many churches and history. Compared to all the other places i visited, Hamburg isn't too much of an eye opener. But i love the Fischmarkt!
The first few churches that i walked to. After having been to so many churches, i really couldn't differentiate the uniqueness of each church anymore!
Angel On Earth statue. "Take my hand and let me lead you back to yourself".

I took an elevator up St Nikolai Kirche Tower! 7561m above ground!

I love this picture a lot! Notice that the traffic light in Hamburg has 2 red mans. I googled it up and apparently many people are confused too! There was even an economics comment given that was quite funny =)

The truth is this: The 2 dual red lights have been strategically placed at intersections that typically see a lot of red light running and accidents.

I passed by this shop selling lots of miniature plaques. This one is interesting. A mum practically is on off-day everyday!
Hamburg is a good place to travel around, especially on weekends! Don't miss out on their Fischmarkt every sunday. It opens at 5 or 7am depending on the season. I never regretted waking up early for it. Even on a day when Daylight saving time starts =)
