Fasching was held over the weekend till wednesday. I arived just in time to witness this awesome event. I had fun shouting "AHOI" and collecting sweets! haha it was really happening and people go crazy, dressing up in costumes to match the whole event! I heard that the whole celebration will end tomorrow and followed by ash Wednesday. This period is known as Lent, Where germans will refrain from good food till easter sunday. My fav costume is this! A german football!
My sweet competitor! i caught a sneak shot of this small boy who was standing beside me throughout the whole carnival. He was super enthu abt sweets! But i wasn't too bad too! i have probably spoilt his day cos he could have gotten more sweets! =D
